Church & Charity Bookkeeping Credentials

Church and charity bookkeeping credentials provide an overview of my professional background, hands-on church bookkeeping experience and the way I work with treasurers, trustees, accountants and independent examiners.

I have more than 20 years of hands-on financial and operational experience, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, cash-flow monitoring, management reporting, multi-currency activity and professional year-end handovers. I now bring that experience into Bookkeeping Packages Ltd, with a deliberate focus on supporting churches and charities.

Church and charity bookkeeping experience

My practical church bookkeeping work includes reconciling bank activity, investigating unexplained differences, separating Parish Share from other diocesan fees, maintaining supplier balances and known liabilities, and improving the visibility of what an organisation holds, owes and has already committed.

The aim is straightforward: current records that trustees can understand, treasurers can explain and accountants or independent examiners can work with efficiently at year end.
