Professional Bookkeeping, Fixed Fees, No Surprises
Bookkeeping Packages Ltd provides professional bookkeeping services to UK small businesses and accountancy practices on a fixed monthly fee. We work either directly with SME clients who need their books managed accurately and cost-effectively, or on a white-label basis for accountancy practices that want to offer a complete service to their clients without taking on additional staff.
Our bookkeeping standard is consistent across every client: bank reconciliation, invoice processing, VAT returns, and monthly management accounts produced on time every month. The fixed fee covers the full scope of the agreed work, and the client knows exactly what the service costs from month one.
Services Offered
We cover the full range of bookkeeping functions that a small business or their accountant needs on a monthly basis. Bank reconciliation across all business accounts is carried out monthly so that the accounts always reflect the actual position. Purchase and sales invoice processing keeps the creditor and debtor records current. VAT return preparation and submission under Making Tax Digital is handled before every quarterly or monthly deadline. Monthly management accounts, including profit and loss and balance sheet, are produced and reviewed with the client or their accountant.
For clients who need payroll as part of the service, we manage PAYE calculations, RTI submissions, payslips, and pension contributions. Our qualifications and professional approach are consistent with the standards set by the ICAEW for financial record keeping and management. More on professional standards in accountancy and bookkeeping is available at the ICAEW website.
The White-Label Service for Accountants
Our white-label bookkeeping service is designed specifically for accountancy practices that want to outsource the monthly bookkeeping function for some or all of their clients. We work invisibly within the practice’s client files, under the practice’s branding, with full confidentiality maintained at all times. The practice remains the client’s primary point of contact; we provide the bookkeeping work behind the scenes.
This arrangement suits practices that have more bookkeeping demand than their in-house team can comfortably absorb, practices that have lost a bookkeeper and need temporary or permanent cover, and practices that want to offer a comprehensive monthly service without the overhead of additional staff.
Pricing
Our monthly fees run from 199 to 239 pounds depending on the scope and complexity of the work. There are no hidden charges and no variable billing. For a full breakdown of what each tier includes, read about our fixed-fee bookkeeping packages.

The Standard We Maintain Across Every Client
Consistency is the most important quality in a bookkeeping service. A business that receives management accounts in the first week of every month, with bank reconciliation completed and VAT correctly accounted for, can plan and manage with confidence. A business whose bookkeeping is done to a variable standard, or delivered at unpredictable times, cannot rely on the financial information it receives. Our commitment is to deliver the same standard of work to every client, every month, regardless of the volume of transactions or the complexity of the period.
This consistency is achieved through process rather than heroics. Each client account follows the same monthly workflow: bank reconciliation, invoice processing, VAT review, management account preparation, and delivery. The workflow is documented and followed without variation. Where an unusual transaction or a query arises, it is flagged and resolved before the accounts are finalised rather than carried forward to the following month. Professional bookkeeping standards in the UK are overseen by bodies including the ICAEW, whose guidance on financial record keeping reflects the standard we aim to meet in every engagement.
